What is RTT – Rapid Transformational Therapy®?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a multi-awarded type of psychotherapy based on the science of neuroplasticity of the brain (the ability to adapt to new experiences or conditions in which the brain is modified, adapted or even morphologically changed according to need) and which combines the most effective principles of classical psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and neurolinguistic programming, in order to get to the root cause of our problems –
stress, anxiety, fears, depression, bad lifestyle habits, addiction, physical ailments, lack of self-confidence and negative beliefs that hold us back in life.

This type of therapy helps us reshape the negative beliefs, values, emotions and habits we carry with us since childhood, buried deep in our subconscious and which prevent us from reaching our full potential.

What makes RTT therapy special?

It is special in that it achieves outstanding results faster than other therapeutic methods.

In the RTT® treatment, you don’t have to go to therapy for years to solve your problems – usually one to three sessions are enough.

What does one RTT therapy treatment look like?

After a free introductory call (Discovery Call) and filling out a form to collect as much information as possible (Intake Form), we will identify the problem we will work on and set the goal we want to achieve at the end of the treatment.

The RTT therapy treatment begins by accessing your subconscious mind through a deeply relaxed state, and with the help of the regression method and various other techniques, you quickly and accurately find the cause and root of your problem.

My mentor and author of RTT therapy, the inimitable Marisa Peer, always says this:

and precisely this understanding that we gain during treatment is a secret weapon with which we successfully reshape and transform negative beliefs that we acquired earlier in life and change the meaning and interpretation of events that led to blockages, dysfunctional behavior, fears and bad habits.

I especially like that AHA!-moment that happens, as if a light turns on and everything is suddenly much clearer. ❤️

When the cause is discovered, your past experiences are re-interpreted, many negative emotions are released, new, positive beliefs are created and new, constructive patterns of thought and behavior are installed.

However, the end of one treatment marks the beginning of the second stage of our work, that is, your involvement, which determines 50 percent of success. After the treatment, you will receive a personalized audio recording (lasting 15-20 minutes) with transformative content that will help you permanently strengthen your new patterns of thinking and behavior. You must listen to this recording every day for the next 21 days in a deeply relaxed state.

Why exactly 21 days?

Scientists have discovered that in order to create and establish new neural connections in the brain, it is necessary to repeat the desired behavior daily for a minimum of 21 days in order to see the first results. New behavior patterns become our second nature and this creates permanent and sustainable change.

After 21 days, we will meet again via phone or video call and talk about how you feel and whether you notice a change. Together we think about further steps to achieve your goal. If necessary, this can be one to two more treatments after four to six weeks, or it can be combined with coaching to establish long-term positive changes and bring out the greatest potential for you.

RTT therapy treatment takes place online via Zoom/Skype or live, depending on your preferences. Many clients prefer online treatments in order to indulge in the transformative effect of this wonderful journey in the relaxed, safe and familiar environment of their home.

It is very important to emphasize that RTT therapy treatment is not a passive process; each treatment is an extremely intense, dynamic and transformative journey lasting two to three hours.
